Description:

​Diebold Nixdorf is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support its global operations from its Hyderabad and Mumbai centers. In this role, you will leverage software and analytics platforms to transform multi-source datasets into actionable operational intelligence. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to map business priorities, build historic and predictive performance metrics, and manage recurring and ad-hoc analytics workflows. The role bridges data engineering and user interface design—requiring you to enhance large-scale data queries, speed up report rendering efficiency, and deliver intuitive, high-quality dashboards aligned with executive stakeholder requirements.

​Key Technologies:

​Object-Oriented Design, Business Intelligence UI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar corporate reporting suites), SQL/Data Querying solutions

​Requirements:

• ​Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• ​2–4 years of professional hands-on experience handling business intelligence workflows, data analysis, or reporting architectures.
• Proven competence managing standard, recurring, and ad-hoc data synthesis streams and transforming raw metrics into structured organizational narratives.
• ​Ability to assist with the enhancement, tuning, and structural scaling of data pipelines, backend workflows, and analytical queries written for large-scale datasets.
• ​Practical exposure to object-oriented design techniques to assist in structuring scalable, modular analytics frameworks.
• ​Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot, tune, and optimize data reporting views for maximum retrieval speed and systemic processing efficiency.
• ​High proficiency applying quantitative metrics and data validation methodologies to identify underlying trends, anomalies, and seasonal patterns across multiple data sources.
• ​Experience designing visual dashboard content, tracking global key initiatives, and implementing user interface layouts that align with corporate branding and usability guidelines.
• ​Good business English communication skills (both written and spoken) to present reports clearly and confidently clarify analytical questions raised by organizational business leaders.
